On Wednesday night, Jesse and I had the pleasure of being a part of such an amazing event that was the Emporium Melbourne Launch Gala – curated and hosted by the incredible and visionary director, Baz Luhrmann.
Playing hostess with the mostest on the red carpet, I got to converse with some of the country’s most prominent personalities and influencers – the main topic being fashion and their inspiration behind their looks, with the dress code and event appropriately themed, ‘Reimagined Glamour’.
It felt amazing to be the exclusive host for the evening on the carpet, with each video going live only moments after its creation. Check them out below!
The night was celebrated in true Baz Luhrmann style, with various installations placed accordingly throughout the interior that honoured some of the highlights of the decades. There was music, glamour, drinks and food aplenty, with an exclusive guest list and the party heralded to be the event of the year. And so it should be!
Such a decadent way to officially launch the newly refurbished Emporium Melbourne – which by the way, is over 100 years old. Hence the fitting theme, ‘Reimagined Glamour’.
Dressed by the talented Bianca Spender and adorned with Sarina Suriano jewels, I opted for a sexy, edgy and slightly masculine look – my very own version of reimagined glamour. My hair was freshly coloured and trimmed by the talented Robert Weir from Oscar Oscar Salon.
Huge thanks and big love to Emporium Melbourne for a spectacular event, and for my part in it. We had an amazing time and such an honour hanging out with Baz! The after and after, after party was pretty awesome too 😉
