When it comes to experimenting with different styles I often play with the idea of a mixing minimalism with maximalism; starting with a simple, clean backdrop of clean lines and accessorizing to make it less boring – maximizing the outfit to its fullest.
One thing I decided to play around with recently are geometric shapes and sharp, angular lines – as well as some big ass palazzo pants, the first of its type I’ve ever owned and definitely a lot of fun to wear. Elevating the look to new heights is this beautifully created perspex clutch from Los Angeles based label, Geneva J.
Not wanting to taint its aesthetic I decided to shoot it without any of the usual items I carry in a bag. And considering its unique Pythagorean shape and size, it holds a sufficient amount of ‘necessities’ (iPhone, lipstick, IDs, and what-nots). So not only is it amazing to look at, hold and compliment any outfit – it’s actually practical for you clutch-loving ladies.
Available in an assortment of delicious neon colours as well as the fail safe black and white, Geneva J clutches are one of those statement bags you just gotta have!
