Micah’s background is in fashion, having graduated from RMIT with an Advanced Diploma in Fashion Design. She began her creative career as a freelance fashion stylist before launching her personal style blog in 2011.
Micah quickly carved a name for herself and within that year harnessed the attention of Topshop where she was appointed head stylist, working with the flagship Oxford Circus team before launching the first Australian store store in Melbourne.
Within a few short months in 2012, Micah become the ambassador for the L’Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival (aka LMFF, now VAMFF), appearing in their national campaign in both print and TV form. She also styled the Mimco summer campaign in Palm Springs featuring Jessica Gomes. From there, Micah’s career as a digital influencer took off.
Micah has worked with some of the fashion, beauty, automotive and lifestyle industry’s biggest names. Not only does she continue to partner with many luxury and loved labels and retailers such as Luisaviaroma, Farfetch, Revolve, Karl Lagerfeld and Australians such as Harrolds, Alice McCall and Camilla and Marc to name a few, she has also modelled for campaigns such as Windsor Smith’s A/W 2016 collection and Nasty Gal’s Shoe Cult range. She also took part in a special style project for Missguided and product launches for Diesel and H&M.
Micah was also appointed as Westfield’s official Style Ambassador alongside Delta Goodrem and Yaya Deng in 2016, where she curated a selection of looks throughout the year’s seasons as part of their various themed projects.
In late 2017, Micah was also chosen as Crown Resorts and Hotels’ ambassador, creating regular content promoting their suites and restaurants.
Fashion may be Micah’s forte, but beauty plays an equally important role in her daily routine – having worked with some major names including MAC, Maybelline, Sephora, Smashbox and Estée Lauder where she took on ambassadorship roles for various product launches.
Grooming aside, Micah has also delved into the automotive industry where she helped launch and loan numerous special models from leading car-makers such as BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Range Rover, Jaguar, Maserati, Alfa Romeo and Renault. She is also currently the ambassador for the Ford Mustang.
While Micah enjoys event appearances, she has also helped to launch or host them – from blogging workshops to product launches such as Leica and their T model camera, where Micah along with photographer, partner and manager Jesse showcased a gallery of photographs captured with the innovative model as part of their ambassadorship for the high tech brand.
